I met Frank and Joanne in early 2011. I contracted their company EC Customs to build me an Audi Q7 for my fleet in Minnesota. The limo was impeccable and their customer support is by far the best in the industry. So far they have built me an Audi, Cadillac STS, New party bus and they have refurbished many of my other limos.
